Serves 4
350g Campagna Penne Pasta
1 Jar Campagna Arrabiata sauce
2 cans tuna, drained
200g grated mozzeralla cheese
100g grated parmesan cheese
half cup fresh bread crumbs
half cup freshly chopped parsley
drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Turn the oven on for grill
- Cook the penne pasta according to the packet instructions
- Whilst the pasta is cooking, heat up the Arrabiata sauce in a pot and stir in the tuna and cooked pasta
- Place half the pasta in a greased, oven-proof dish
- Scatter half of the mozzerella cheese over the pasta and dish the rest of the pasta on top
- Sprinkle the rest of the mozzerella cheese over the pasta, followed by the parmesan and bread crumbs
- Place under the grill until the cheese turns a golden brown
- Serve with a bit of fresh parsely and a drizzle of the extra virgin olive oil
